Grilled Lemongrass Pork Vermicelli. The delicious dish of Vietnam, many people enjoy. Chewy rice noodles with grilled pork, lemon grass, you're tasty. Sweet and sour sauce topped with a delicious flavor really well. It is not hard to do with taste. So let's go do it.
The mixture for 3-4.
A. 200 g Pork Neck
Two. 100 g rice noodles (soaked in water to soften).
Three. Garlic cloves 2 Cht.
Four. Black pepper 1 tablet Cht.
Five. Lemon tree 3.
6. Root, celery root 2.
Seven. Fried shallots 2 Cht.
Eight. Onion 2 Cht.
Nine. Brown sugar 1 Cht.
10. Fish sauce 2 Cht.
11th. Oyster sauce 2 Cht.
Sauce mixture.
A. Radish, grated 1 Cht.
Two. Carrot, shredded 1 Cht.
Three. Brown sugar 1 Cht.
Four. Vinegar 1 Cht.
Five. Sweet Chilli Sauce 5 Cht.
6. Water boiled 5 Cht.
How do
Rice noodles, cut into 2 pieces, sliced lemon grass, coriander root and put it into small pieces.
Pound the garlic, lemon grass, coriander root, black pepper together until fine and set aside earlier.
Cut pork into thin slices. Then the pork and marinate until it together.
Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, marinate for 1 hour
Heat water to boiling. The vermicelli is boiled to soften (less than 2 minutes) of the plate, set aside to cool.
Bring sugar, vinegar, sauce, chicken, boiled water mixed together. Microwave to melt the sugar (1 ½ minutes), then wait for the sauce to cool before adding the carrots. Feet down to the business mix to combine.
Set the pan to heat. The roast pork is cooked through and cut into 2 pieces.
Place noodles on a plate. Garnish with fried shallots, onions and sauce finished with grilled pork.
