Tube noodle soup.


                         Ingredients Ingredients.

  Same 500 grams.

* 250 grams pork.

* 1 cup dried shrimp.

Ingredients: 3 eggs (a pan, then cut into strips).

* Yellow tofu, cut into small dices 100g.

* 2 cups bean sprouts (blanched in hot water until done).

The coriander root, chopped 1 tbsp.

* Garlic, minced 1/2 tbsp.

* Cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp.

* In black and sweet soy sauce 2 tbsp.

* In soy sauce 2 tablespoons white.

* 2 tablespoons sugar.

* Green + red chili 5 pieces.

* 3 tablespoons vinegar.

* Coriander leaves, chopped celery, garlic. (For garnish).

* Vegetable oil.

                                              How to do step by step.

A. The tube noodles with sauce and sugar, in dark sweet soy sauce (1 tablespoon), in soy sauce (1 tbsp) and vinegar. Mix well and bring to a gentle boil to dissolve sugar. Then be mixed with cayenne pepper and pound until fine. Stir until well mixed. Spoon into prepared cups sauce.

Two. The oil in a pan. Then add the coriander root, garlic, and stir until fragrant. Then put the pork and pepper and stir until almost cooked.

Three. With tofu and dried shrimp. Season with soy sauce, black in sugar (1 tablespoon) and in soy sauce (1 tablespoon) and stir until all ingredients are well off.

Four. To a large, bean sprouts and omelet onto a plate. Then topped with a fried in the past. Garnish with parsley, celery and garlic. Serve immediately with sauce.
